Pull down with ceramic weight and ceramic pulley , you pull down or up  the center weight to light a table .It was manufactured in France during the art deco period , the reflector is enameled metal.
Rewired with Us socket . H  40  to 60  depending on position , globe 11 , could be shorter if needed , new braided  wire .
