Made  in France in the late 1920's  early 1930's, this chandelier is a Muller from Luneville,  hand sanded and etched after being molded. This chandelier, originating from France in the 1920s, is an unsigned piece by the Muller brothers, whose craftsmanship was highly sought after for their exquisite chandeliers and art glass pieces. However, the economic downturn caused by the crash of 1929 greatly impacted their business, leading to the closure of the Muller Freres studios in 1936.Featuring a rough iron  gold leafed mounting and original glass shade, this chandelier has been rewired with an  updated french socket fitting US bulb . It is the last time in France that it was possible to produce and offer pieces of this quality; the mass production of the 1950's was just around the corner, and the page was turned on small ateliers, to make way for the age of cost saving. It will fit any modernist interior, and can bring a warmer touch to a pure Eames style furniture set.

The mounting  take on the classic form of the early 1920's s , rewired with an updated french socket fitting US bulb  , 4 lampshades
