Before movies and television there was magic lantern to tell story and entertain , in the 19th. and early 20th. people would gather in salon . During the late 19th it was fueled by all the scientific discovery and interest in what was at the time " new technology  .
I inserted an electrical light replacing  the orginal petrol light  so it can be used safely. I can include the original oil light if desired .
