SANFIL FRENCH INDUSTRIAL MODERNIST TASK LAMP Original socket 1950

Sanfil ( meaning without wire in French ) was a competitor to the Jielde lamp , while not reaching the sophistication of a Jielde the Sanfil is built using the same steel arm and aluminum ball joint concept .Stripping the old paint expose the patina of the steel and different metal , those metal are usually alloy steel superior in quality to the recycled metal used in mass produced duplicate and recent lamp. They are polished with warm variation of tone .

Size 23 to 29 in epending on position , Reflector 7 x 5 in , good antique condition , rewired , original swotch with adapteur on original socket .
