Large Paris bus stop map with numbered lines edited by Tarride circa 1920 , The Taride publishing house was created in 1852 by Alphonse Taride who was one of the first to make road, tourist and school maps and a plan of Paris by arrondissements.The Taride maps were published until the years 1970-1975, as well as Terrestrial Globes , after an association with Hachette for the edition of a road guide, the Maison Taride closes its doors and enters history. Some of the legendary station name will evoke the Paris of the Hollywood movie .

The Thiers fortification of 1843 still marked the limit of Paris so it place it in the early part of the 20th, the work of demolitions started in 1920 . This map was included in a large books of French map of Paris and its surrounding , some of the map are dated from 1923 while other are from the early 1900..

Very colorful and attractive original print , few are left to be found due to their utilitarian destination .
