Pair of French Art Deco metal Desk lamp Monix Enamel globe

Made in France in the late 1920's early 1930's this desk lamp is fitted with an enamel reflector globe .The metal mounting is a Monix which was the brand of Maxime Lokiec a Paris based company (38-40 rue de la Folie Méricourt ), original Enamel metal globe , rewired with American socket .When fired, the enamel glazed create a non-porous surface that was easier to clean than exposed metal .

Rewired , size H.15 x globe W.9 x D.5. Rewired with US socket adapter.
