French Art Deco professional hair dryer used in hair salon in the 1920's refurbished as a floor lamp , spot light , the motor has been removed to be replaced by a ceramic socket with new wire, interesting " stream lined " design reminiscent of Raymond Loewy ,calling the concept “beauty through function and simplification,” Loewy spent over 50 years streamlining everything from postage stamps to spacecrafts. Base with enameled metal with rotating top.
