French modernist lamp made in the 1950's, by Jean Louis Domecq . It is in original condition with its green metallic paint , other extension can be added to extend the arms using the same principle. The particularity of the connection is the direct contact inside which does not required wires so it can be manipulated in any shape or form desired , all the moving part possibly moving at a 180 % angle . This one is a simple sconce , to be mounted on a wall. .While it has been cleaned I left its original patina and green color coating . The name came from his initial J. L. D , searching for a reliable and practical lamp to equip the machines in his workshop, Jean-Louis Domecq designed and constructed his own creative version .The last picture is for reference in case you want this pair to be stripped or looking for a stripped to the metal set.
