Made  in France in the late 1920's  early 1930's signed chandelier  display a flower motive ,   the signature  ROS was  one used by  Henri Mouynet and  Degué . They  were hand sanded and etched after being molded . it is rewired with American socket  .It is the last time in France that it was possible to produce and offer brass  pieces of this quality , the mass production of the 1950's was just around the  corner and turned the page on small atelier to open the age of cost saving . The  chain can be made shorter. It will fit any   modernist interior and can bring a warmer touch to a pure Eames style furniture  set .The chain could be shorten if desired
