A General Map of France Divided into Metropolitan Circles and Departments with the surrounding States, detailed map of France, with parts of Spain, Switzerland, Corsica, Sardinia, and the south of England, decorated with two panels each with four vignette views of battles and sieges from the French Revolutionary Wars, including the 'Evacuation of Toulon' in 1793 to the Battle of Castiglione
 
24 x 41 full size  handling marks numerous handling creases, surface dirt, some paper loss , water mark on the border,  engraving with some water color . It looks like a rare map having find no other example , the publisher is not lisible but for the 1796 date .
The first  french republic being very short lived few artifact are to be found.
